It is a 27 kms ride from Puerto Natales to reach the Cave.
It is a natural granite formation which used to work as an isolatiotion for this animal that is also known as the giant groun sloth (mylodon darwini) and when this animal was extinguished the native people from that time used to use is for living and as a protected area for living.
There are other two caves in the same area which can be visited during the excursion and a beautiful look out to get to see the fjords and the mountains of the area and to learn about how the whole area was formed.
